Shipping fees

Delivery is made by a shipping provider of my choice for the following costs:

Zone OM 1: French overseas territories and departments of Guadeloupe, Martinique, Guyana, Reunion, Mayotte, Saint-Pierre et Miquelon
Zone OM 2: French overseas territories New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Wallis & Futuna
EU: European Union - Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark (except Faroe Islands, Greenland), Estonia, Finland (except Åland Islands), France (except overseas territories and departments), Greece (except Mount Athos), Great Britain (except Channel Islands), Ireland, Italy (except Livigno and Campione d'Italia), Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands (except non-European areas), Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (except Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus (Republic, except northern part)
Europe:  European countries except EU, Switzerland and the Russian Federation
DHL Zone 6: North America (excluding the USA), North Africa, Middle East, parts of Asia
DHL Zone 8: Asia (excluding China), Latin America, Central and South Africa, Australia, Oceania

You can view the exact shipping costs of an order before buying by placing without obligation the desired quantities and items in the shopping cart. Then select your destination country. In the shopping cart, the weight of the items is added, so bulk shipping costs are generated. If the maximum weight of 30 kg per parcel is exceeded, the order is divided into several packages, of which the shipping costs are added.

Pick-up

Picking up the purchased goods is always possible after making an appointment. Pick-up address is: Bahnhofstraße 4 - 77866 Rheinau - Germany. See the location here

Export and customs costs

All fees and formalities arising from an export (p. ex. customs, customs clearance, taxes outside of Germany, etc.) are to be borne and carried out by the buyer. Prices do not include any V.A.T. in accordance with § 19 UStG Small Business Regulation.

Delivery times

Orders are shipped by me within 2 working days after receipt of payment and have the following running times depending on the destination country:

•      Delivery time for Germany: 5 working days
•      Delivery time for EU countries: 14 working days
•      Delivery time to the rest of the world: up to 8 weeks, depending on the destination country

Shipment tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking number. If you have agreed to the data transfer in the ordering process, you will be informed directly by the shipping provider about the progress of your shipment.

Payment methods

Payments have to be made when ordering and before the goods are dispatched. You can use the following payment methods:

• PayPal Plus: Payment via your PayPal account or by credit card (without PayPal account)
  
• Prepayment by SEPA transfer (only for payments within the EU).
• Cash on pickup
